  • When can I schedule a showing?

    Please contact us to schedule a showing. Please list the dates and times that work best for you and we will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

  • Who needs to fill out an application?

    Any adult over the age of 18 will fill out an application and pay the non-refundable application fee.

  • Do you run background checks?

    Yes. As part of your lodging application, we will be requesting background checks from TransUnion that include a criminal, eviction, and credit history. 


    If you have any concerns about what may be on the background check, please discuss this with us prior to paying for the rental application.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    No. A Risk Assessment Fee is charged on an individual basis. 

  • How long can I stay?

    As little as a week or as long as it fits your needs.

  • How quickly can I move in?

    We will work to get you moved in according to the timeline that works best for you. Your move in date depends on the status of the property you will be staying in.

  • What does the guest portal do?

    The Portal is an online tool provided for you at no cost. You will be able to:

    1. Pay your lodging or nightly rate online.
    2. View your previous and upcoming payments.
    3. Submit and track maintenance requests.
  • What amenities are included in the Lodging fee?

    Bed frame, mattress, sheets, comforter, pillow, night stand, lamp, chest of drawers and closet, dishware, silverware, refrigerator, stove, microwave.

  • Are utilities included?

    Yes, Electric, Water, Sewer, Gas, Internet, pest control, lawn care.

  • If something is broken, will you fix it?

    We will always fix everything that is our responsibility as outlined in your guest agreement. 


    If there are any damages that are caused by guests those repairs will be assessed a damages fee.  not covered, please let us know and we may have a contractor that we can recommend.

  • How often is the lodging or nightly rate due and how can I pay it?

    Lodging or nightly rate is due weekly or bimonthly on Monday thru a Representative Payee or a Money Manager service only.

  • How do I access my Guest Portal?

    If the guest portal is enabled for your property, you will receive an automated invitation to your email. You can also click here to watch a video on using the portal.
